- No. 23 or Cadmium
- No. 27 or Nickel
- No. 63 or Lead
• Object of the declaration (identification of Jewelry product allowing traceability; it may ASIN, FNSKUs, MSKUs or color image of sufficient clarity where necessary)
• Signature and name of the person, who signed the document
OR
- REACH heavy metals test reports (showing compliance with REACH’s heavy metals thresholds for all components of your product) containing:
• Object of the testing (identification of Jewelry product allowing traceability; it may ASIN, FNSKUs, MSKUs or color image of sufficient clarity where necessary).
• Compliance with the following REACH’s heavy metal thresholds for your product:
- Cadmium
- Nickel
- Lead

You have the answer in the title.
A third party testing organization is needed to test your products to check if those are compliant with REACH conformity.
You have to find a testing company like Bureau Veritas or SGS for example to test all the products that you have and you must send the test report to Amazon.
