Fedex shippping label missing tracking number and barcode part

Hello everyone,

I've encountered an issue with Buy Shipping, specifically when printing FedEx shipping labels on my Rollo printer. I hope someone here might have advice or suggestions:

FedEx Label Printing:

When printing a FedEx shipping label using my Rollo printer, the label is too large, and the bottom portion containing the tracking number and barcode is cut off, because it is off the label's boundaries.

BTW, usps and ups labels are fine!

Printing to PDF:

I would like to print the FedEx label to a PDF file, but I haven't found a way to do this with Amazon Print Connect. If I can export it as a PDF, the FedEx staff could print it directly from their shop.

If anyone has encountered and solved these issues or has any advice to offer, I would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!
