Charging for Return Shipping

I have had three customer returns in the last week ORDERED BY MISTAKE. Amazon automatically grants these individuals a pre-paid label (at my expense) and refunds them when the item is scanned before I even receive the item back. How do I charge the customer for outbound and return shipping? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Look at the returns. Normally for bought by mistake they do NOT refund the cost of the label. It sits there waiting for you to decide to refund or not.
