Open Case : Action Needed By Amazon

Hey guys,

I'm having a nightmare getting amazon to enable my seller account. I have tons of stock ready to ship to them but I can't until they enable my acocunt.

So they froze my account becuase when I filled out my brand application I submiteed the Trademark applicaion and not the Trademark certificate.

So I appeled it and have now submitted the certificate but its been weeks and it just says: Open Case : Action Needed By Amazon

What are my options?

Do you mean that you are waiting for being enrolled in the Amazon Brand Registry, or do you mean that your account was deactivated. Could you clarify it?
