I do absolutely regret being forced to leave this message, but i got to a point that i am exhausted about this negligent mismanagement. Not easy to summarise four months of absolute frustration .

Amazon has greatly proven no to be a reliable partner.

I would prefer not to go into full details (just a matter of integrity), and see first if any Amazon responsible actual human can reach out and help find an actual and real solution.
