We are using Seller Fulfilled prime for most of our products. We buy shipping via amazon. we have been using it for last 6 years. The shipping rates were fine till August last year. Amazon increased our shipping rates in august by £1.15 for small parcels (45cm x 35cm x 16cm) and even more for bigger parcels. we adopted those rates by increasing our prices but now amazon shipping has sent us an email saying that our shipping rates will be £5 for small parcels. they have increased 66p for small parcels. Anyone else facing the same problems? We are stuck now. We can not increase prices as our niche is very competitive. we are thinking to ship our prime orders via Hermes or royal mail. Which one is better in your opinion? By the way our daily parcel volume is around 500 to 600. Any help would be highly appreciated.
