Inactive Account Status

My account is inactive AGAIN even though nothing has changed and I'm still being billed. I was just charged a larger than normal payment amount and the account status is still inactive. How am I to see what im being charged for? This is so frustrating

My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I can get you some additional information here. I see you opened a similar thread a few months ago here where another Community Manager had provided you with some information and things to take a look at. Did you follow that guidance yet?

Additionally, have you reached out to Seller Support yet? You can start by following the hyperlink above.

In the meantime, I am going to do a few checks on my end and will report back here if I find anything further to share.

CR back here. I did peek into yoru account and it appears you still need to reactivate your account by following the red hyperlink in your 'Account Info' page that reads 'Reactivate Account'.

Additionally, I see you are still enrolled in the Professional selling plan which is why you are getting billed monthly. If you wish you may switch to the 'Individual' selling plan by following the instructions on this page to avoid future monthly charges.

Lastly, please review your performance notifications as they appear to all be unread and follow the instructions provided in the most recent case (top of inbox) in your performance notifications dated 4/24/2025.
