Bullet Point Removed - Policy Violation
I recently had a policy violation pop up in my account health. I have no idea what triggered it, but it says "bullet point removed". It prompts me to address the issue. I basically removed everything in my bullet points except for a description of the size. I called seller support and they couldn't tell me what was causing the issue.
The listing was never affected (didn't get suppressed or go inactive). Does anyone know if the violation is supposed to drop off my account health page or do I have to look at it for 6 months?

Hello @RandyLahey,
Thank you for posting your concerns regarding a listing violation you received.
I recently had a policy violation pop up in my account health. I have no idea what triggered it, but it says "bullet point removed".
As the concern points out “bullet point removed”, this shows we identified a specific concern with the information added to the bullet points.
It prompts me to address the issue. I basically removed everything in my bullet points except for a description of the size. I called seller support and they couldn't tell me what was causing the issue.
This sounds like you updated the listing to remove any information aside from the description of the size, when you were doing this did you notice any incorrect or inconsistent information for your product?
Typically, if your listing now complies, you will need to navigate to the account health page under the listing violations section. Under the edit option you should have, you will see “How do I address this issue?”, this should open a pop up that directs you to use the contact us feature.
Within the case you’re creating, you will need to show evidence of how your listing now complies with our policy, and if possibly outline any issues you identified and corrected. This will allow our review teams to verify your corrections.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
