legit or scam?
I received a e-mail from an "amazon account representative" who is part of the "Business development team" claiming that they can help increase sales, etc. i'm also prompted to download an app called amazon chime to chat.. Can anyone confirm if this is a legit email from amazon or a phishing scam? The email came from Jocelin Leukeu two times.

Hi @Seller_CdtSv1afg6fqG
Mindy from Amazon here to assist.
Let me start by thanking you for being cautious to protect your account.
While we would not be able to confirm this information on the forum, I might be able to suggest on how to verify if this is from Amazon team.
As mentioned, you have received email from this "business development team", one question you may wish to ask is how did this team obtain your email in the first place? Have you express interest in any additional service from Amazon? Have you every register for any of them?
Alternatively, you may create a [case] and describe your concern in detailed. This way, you will allow the relevant team (business development team) to investigate and revert as soon as possible for your necessary assistance.
I hope these suggestions help you in your endeavors. Have a great day!
Regards,
Mindy

Yes, they claim they can help you reconcile your inventory and find you money that should be owed to you.
We did not move forward with this as we were skeptical and we don't want to give our account information to anyone as there are enough hijackers out there as it is.
We strongly suggest you delete the email.
