Amazon Buy Shipping for a Product with a Lithium-Ion Battery
Hi all,
Is it possible to send products with Lithium Ion batteries through Amazon Buy Shipping (UPS)?
We currently sell a certain product through both FBA and FBM channels. This product has lithium-ion batteries, but has been cleared for sale and been up as a listing for a while now. Recently, we wanted to switch to Amazon Buy Shipping for our FBM orders (something we should've been doing all along). However, when we tried to use Amazon Buy Shipping, and after selecting the "dangerous goods" box, we got an error message, attached below. Does anyone have experience with this issue?

Usually lithium battery products have to ship by fedex. Did you try their service?
