Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) Processing Fees

My question is, does this apply to boxes/cases only? We have some large products that are 19lbs each and do not come in boxes that we fulfill through FBA currently. So I am not sure if this fee will be charged for each individual unit, or its a fee for "boxes" as in cases of units being send to AWD.

ok, I have the answer to this I think. AWD only accepts "cases" which can be a single unit, or multiple ASIN's in a box. So it will be a $2 processing fee per "case" or box unfortunately. For single ASIN SKU's in their own box, you have to pay the fee of $2 for each one.

AWD supports only box-based inbound, storage, and outbound transportation. Amazon doesn't have pallet-based services at this time. Processing or handling related fee is charged when an outbound replenishment order is successfully delivered from AWD to the fulfillment center destination, and Amazon charges $2 per box. So the number of units in the box don't factor into this fee.
