Fake IP complaints for the same ASIN and each time a new person claims to be the owner of the brand
By now we all now that anyone can file a bogus IP complaint on Amazon and claim to be the rights owner of such and such brands and Amazon accepts every single complaint as legitimate without verifying.
I have received multiple fake IP complaints for the same ASIN couple times this year and each time the made up IP owner uses different registration number with a broken english and claims to be the rights owner.
For the record ,I purchase my product directly from the one and only authorized distributor in the USA and have an agreement to offer the product on Amazon. So it is not a question of authentic but seems to possibly be the work of another seller to eliminate competition.
Dear Amazon it does not take hours to verify the real IP owner. This can be done within a span of minutes on the USPTO website and you can spare your sellers who contribute to your success valuable time and energy and actually do something about this by having a system in place.
It is unfortunate that we have to turn to this forums to seek help for our issues
Last time it took me multiple submissions back and forth to get a bogus IP complaint removed and my inventory was quarantined for many weeks.
Please do something about this fake complaints.
