Removing Customer Review
Has anyone succeeded in removing customer reviews from an Amazon product detail page?
Some of our reviews clearly violate Amazon's guidelines because they pertain to shipping issues, even though we use Amazon Shipment, Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) services. Despite reporting these violations multiple times, Amazon continues to send us automated responses about how to report customer feedback.They advised us to send an email to community-help@amazon.com , but it has been over a week, and we have not received any response.

I am providing some general information about removing customer reviews, just in case you missed a step when you made your earlier request.
Also, if you discover a review that doesn’t conform to our customer review policies or our customer review creation guidelines, you can report abuse from the product detail page. To report abuse, click Show Review Details on the Customer Reviews page. This takes you to the review on the customer facing detail page, click the Report abuse button which will pop-up a confirmation box where you have to click Submit. We will remove any review that violates our policies in which case it will also be removed from the Customer Reviews page.
