CAINIAO is now an integrated carrier but... it's raising VTR

Hi,

I don't have Cainiao shipments but sometimes I must use PiggyShip or deliverIT companies and since they are not an integrated carriers, I was trying to found a way how can I use those tracking numbers without damaging my VTR.

To my surprise, I have found that one of the newest integrated carriers is... CAINIAO. I didn't thought that Amazon will integrate this Chinese carrier but since I was looking how can input PiggyShip trackings, I was really amazed to see Cainiao on the list...

But... it's not working! I have changed my tracking carriers to Cainiao and all orders became invalid and raised my VTR! So what's the point having integrated carrier if it is NOT integrated? Is there a way to use Cainiao or not yet?

I have created Case ID 14709201151.

But so far there are no updates because nobody seems to understand how can integrated carrier still damage VTR. There aren't many ways how to say this otherwise. I would if I could explain this more but actually it's very simple - Amazon has integrated CAINIAO carrier which is either not integrated yet for-real, or there is some glitch with Amazons tracking system again.
