Reporting listing for copyright infringement

I am having an issue. One seller started selling some of my listings that I created. I have a print on demand business and he stole my graphic designs and started selling these products by himself. I bought his products, they are poorly made, no branding etc. Problem is that I do not have registered brand, but the copyright belongs to me. I tried to report these listings, but Amazon rejected my reports, saying that there is not enough information that these listings belong to me. Amazon asked to give order IDs if I bought these products, explanation, website links, but at that moment I didn't have website, so I gave only order IDs, but it was not enough. My question, is it possible to report this seller without having a registered trademark? Maybe I need to have a website as a proof that these listings belong to me?
