To give a bit of context to this story, i had a pallet prepared and labeled with the box labels amazon provides prior to the pallet labels being placed on ready in my driveway 2 days before pickup. hence why i didn’t place the pallet labels on it because of the mill dew and possibility of rain. The day of the freight pickup, i was messaged by the delivery driver which i followed up back saying please call me when you are about to get here which he never did. Next thing you thing you know, i went outside of my house to take the tarp and cinch strap off that were protecting the pallet and then further place the pallet labels. And low and be hold the pallet is gone with the tarp and strap over my fence. I called him up and asked about it because i didn’t know if he needed the bill of lading which was in my possession but he supposedly had 1 available which was placed on the pallet. My overall concern is will i be ok with just the box labels i placed on the pallet as its the only identifying part besides the bol which amazon can use to trace back to me.
