Reserve ASINs negativly impacting IPI

I have a concern regarding the accuracy of the Sell-Through Index displayed on the Inventory Performance page. My store has now entered the red zone. The ASINs that Amazon has flagged for action to improve the FBA Sell-Through on the Inventory Performance page.

We are unable to take any action to drive sales for these ASINs as they are currently in a reserved state. However, they are still negatively impacting our IPI score.

I created a case but did not receive an adequate answer.

I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.
