Hello

I noticed that my category names in the department section of my Storefront have changed to names that mostly do not even describe my product line.

So far, Amazon tech support has not been able to help me. The last person suggested:

"Hence, would request you to update the above categorization for your listings, however, if you face any issue while updating the category please contact us with the new case"

The part I tried to edit in a currently listed product was the "Item Type Keyword" (I watched a youtube video where the person said this was the categories). Both my Brand Name and Item Type Keyword are NOT the same as the categories under the Department section.

I have attached a screenshot showing the area of my Storefront I need to change, where I tried to edit the Item Type Keyword section and the last message from Amazon.

Does anyone know where and how to edit these category names?
