Is Manage Orders not showing your order history?

The Manage Orders page in Seller Central provides a customizable view of all orders received through all sales channels. Manage Orders is your hub for viewing all unshipped, pending, shipped, and canceled orders in real-time, and you should be checking it daily.

We’ve heard from a few sellers reporting that Manage Orders isn’t showing their order history. They can see an Unshipped order count in Seller Central, or they’ve set up their preferences to get order notification emails, but there are no orders visible in Manage Orders.

If you see this issue, the most common fix is checking and adjusting your Manage Orders filters and views.

  1. Make sure you’re looking at the right fulfillment view. When “View FBA orders” is selected you will only see those orders. The same goes for “View Seller Fulfilled orders.”
  2. Check your filters. Filters for Manage Orders include date ranges, sorting, and number of results shown. There are also views for Seller Fulfilled (Pending, Unshipped, Canceled, or Shipped) and FBA (Pending, All orders, or Canceled). Check these options to see if updating the filters to something like Unshipped / Last 3 Days / Ship-by date (descending) reveals the missing orders.
  3. Review your refinements. Check your “Refine by” widget on the left side of Manage Orders to make sure you’re not over-refining. It includes Sales channels, order types like Subscribe & Save, and filters like Signature Confirmation.

If after trying these suggestions you still believe orders are missing:

  • Document the missing order number(s) and details as best you can. You can also search for the order number directly in the Order ID search box.
  • Contact Seller Support immediately.
  • Provide all relevant order details for investigation.
  • Retain tracking numbers and shipping details.
