Where is the Customer Support????
Since the beggining my intention was to create an Individual Plan. Even though, I was forced by the system to inform a credit card, wich I intentionally blocked so I wont be charged. I settings of my acc show me my plan is individual, but if I try to cancel my acc, it suggest me to change my plan do individual... like??? I don't want the professional plan, I don't want to be charged. I can not find a customer support option. That's really frustrating.

To clarify: if your account settings show you have an Individual Plan, then that is your current plan type - regardless of what the cancellation flow might suggest. You won't be charged Professional Plan fees if you're on an Individual Plan.
However, if you want to verify this, you can check your payment history in Seller Central under Settings > Account Info > Payment Information. If you haven't been charged any monthly subscription fees, this confirms you're on an Individual Plan.
If you wish to close your account, you can do so by going to Settings > Account Info > Close Account. If you need additional assistance please contact Seller Support clicking here.
