Brand Has Been Removed because of Report Abuse
Hi Brand Sellers,
Please note that if you report violations by other sellers, your own brand is at risk of being removed, which is the case for us, the brand has been removed access from reporting violations because of reported other seller abuse, and as a seller who has been operating in compliance for more than 3 years, we are already planning to quit selling on Amazon. We have multiple Design Patents on our Brand Name and have the products but without seeing those things and fact, Amazon’s bot decided to revoke our Access to report a violation all together. How can i report someone if someone is using my trademark, my product’s design, my content, product without my consent.
I have more than 60% acceptance rate and around 30% rejection rate and 10% complaints were under additional review.
I have tried explaining everything to the team with the case IDs 8590940502, 8595957862, 8632504182 and one is pending from amazon response which I am sure will result in being declined.
If anyone from Amazon’s team is looking this thread then please reach out to me if further clarification is required as I am going through a alot of pain right now.
