No UPS tracking info when using Amazon preferred courier for pallet collection

Hello all,

I am trying to send my first stock to the amazon fulfillment center. I used the amazon preferred courier and paid the fee, received labels to attach to boxes and also the pallets, but absolutely nothing else. I understand now that I have to arrange the collection with UPS however amazon has provided no UPS style tracking number, so I can not book it. I have spoke to UPS and they said they can not do anything without the tracking number. So currently I have £15,000 of stock stuck ready to go at the manufacturers warehouse.

Please can anyone advise what to do here? None of the shipping labels contain a number that is recognised by UPS

Thought I'd update here in case anyone googles this issue in the future. The reason I received no communication from UPS is because I entered the manufacturers contact details in the shipping info (I did this as I thought that would be best practice since the manufacturer / collection point is not me). When entering contact details on the shipping info, always add your OWN details.
