Trace Fuse - Fake Negative Reviews
Hello,
Our brand has had some trouble with fake negative reviews from people who did not even buy the product on Amazon or negative reviews that are clearly from a competitor. We found a service called "Trace Fuse" that claims to combat negative fake reviews. Does anyone have any experience with them?
According to them they are compliant with Amazon`s TOS, does anyone know if this is true? I am not sure how to confirm this. If anyone from Amazon sees this post and can comment that would be great.
Thank you,
Ryan

Hi there @Seller_l7UK2E4D8WQzP
While this company is not one of our authorized partners, I recommend reviewing our Selling Services Terms and other policies to understand what that company does exactly to know how you would be impacted.

Hey, just thought I'd share my experience - we’ve been using TraceFuse for a little while now and it’s helped us out. We were dealing with some really sketchy reviews (stuff that clearly wasn’t from real buyers or felt like it was coming from a competitor), and they were able to get some of them removed.
They don’t do anything shady or ask for access to your account or anything like that. From what I can tell, everything’s done by the book and based on Amazon’s own guidelines. They are super informative about what they're doing.
It doesn’t work on every bad review obviously, but for the ones that break Amazon’s rules, they’ve been able to get some taken down. Just wanted to share in case that’s helpful.

TraceFuse is pretty well known in the Amazon seller community. Several sellers I've spoken with have successfully and compliantly had unfair reviews removed just by opening cases with Seller Support—thanks to the strategies TraceFuse recommends. From everything I've seen, their approach aligns with Amazon's Terms of Service and actually helps sellers work with Amazon, not around it.

We've used TraceFuse and had a good experience—they were able to help us remove reviews that clearly didn’t follow Amazon’s guidelines. They seem to work within Amazon’s Terms of Service, as they don’t post or alter reviews, just flag the ones that violate the rules. Not every review gets removed, but they've been effective and easy to work with overall. Hope that helps!
