Selling privileges removed instantly after account verification email received

We received an account verification email at just after 10:00 on Thursday morning. Selling privileges were instantly removed, and we have not been able to sell on Amazon since.

This has blocked both MFN and FBA sales. All of our listings are currently unavailable.

The verification email states that suspension/termination would happen if account verification does not happen within 60 days. This was INSTANT.

We have provided multiple documents to Amazon, including having Barclays area manager come visit us and provide a signed document confirming details (as they do not electronically sign for security reasons). All required information has been provided.

Account health team will not assist, as the account is in good health. We cannot be put in contact with the Verification Team as "that is not possible".

We have heard nothing from Amazon at all apart from automated messages.

Does anyone have any idea how to contact the Account Verification team? Email/phone number?

We have been without selling privileges on Amazon for four days now, which is complete unreasonable and unjustified.

We went through re-verification in April last year after selling on here for 12 years. It took 7 days to be re-verified as they kept asking for more info.

Despite receiving emails from the verification team, they did not accept email responses, only through the case log. We had no sales during that period though our inventory was showing as active.

All you can do is respond in your case log

It has been over seven days without any communication with Amazon other than automated system replies.

It is not possible to speak or chat to the Account Verification team.

For an issue that is highly business critical, Amazon do not allow proper communications in order to resolve this.

Could we please have a reply from an Amazon representative on this matter? @Maja_Amazon @Julia_Amazon@Winston_Amazon@Simon_Amazon@Sakura_Amazon_
