Email asking to verify address but backend says it is verified.
Hi,
I received an email from amazon asking to verify my address

when I go on the back end, it says my address has already been verified.

I contacted seller support and they were completely unhelpful and gave me an answer that was completely unrelated as usual. Amazon needs to start firing these agents who are not helpful, they are a complete waste of time and resources.
Could a MOD please assist me because I am concerned my account is going to be at risk and seller support is no help.
Thanks
Klevly

@Seller_LR3eVDWG7tcII did you actually fill out the form requesting a postcard or did they just mail it to you? Also did you actually receive a postcard? It seems this entire process has not rhyme or reason, so I am just curious. Thanks :)

Same issues here. Flag on home page saying account at risk of closure but when you click on the action it shows completed. A customer service rep told me it wasn't even supposed to happen the US businesses. So frustrating. I've been assured that my account will not close. They have a big glitch going on. It's happening to thousands of sellers.

There have been some phishing scam emails going around with the Amazon verification process.
Check the header coding of the email to determine if it came from Amazon.
All emails that we have received from Amazon have had Hello [Amazon Seller/Business Name] not just a generic Dear Seller.
Hover over the link Selling on Amazon to see where the link is directing you to - DO NOT CLICK IT. If it is not going to a https://sellercentral.amazon.com, then you can be assured this is a phishing email.

I am going through this same exact issue and just opened up a case with seller support. I received my postcard but now there is nowhere to enter the code because it already says my address and phone number are verified in the backend. Have you received any resolutions?

Mods, are you able to look into this or provide any insight as to why we are getting an Action Required Email to verify the postcard code yet our business address in the backend already says we are verified? My case number is 12970263231. Thank you.

I am going through this right now, got the email last night. How is this working out for you? I don't know what to do either...

I understand you received communication that states it is Amazon asking for you to verify information. I want to provide some clarity on this.
From the screenshots you have provided, I do not recognize this as communication Amazon sends. What was the domain name from which the e-mail was sent? Was this an e-mail sent to your personal e-mail address or was this a performance notification?
In regards to the platform-wide request for verification for he INFORM Consumers Act, if there is no checklist present within your Account Health page, this means all information has been verified or that there was no need for you to re-verify your information.
If you have any doubts that this is truthfully from Amazon, I urge you to view Identifying Whether an Email, Phone Call, Text Message, or Webpage is from Amazon. Within that page, there is a button that leads you to a webpage where you can report this e-mail.
If you have further questions or any updates to this please continue to post them in this thread, as the forums community and I are here to support you.
All the best,
Stevie

I am having the exact same issue. Finally received the postcard but I keep getting this reminder from a donotreply legit Amazon email to verify my address. I wasn't even able to put in the one time code and it said that my address is verified successfully (just like the post owner). However, I keep getting emails saying that I need to verify my address. Not sure if I should just ignore it or do something about it.
Amazon, review your processes. This is nerve-racking for people who depend on you to generate income.
