Has anyone managed to get an EPR Number with AVASK for Amazon Germany?

So far we have applied with 2 of the Amazon Service providers starting last November. The first one, Amber Global Finance Ltd took our money then messed around for 4 months and then decided they couldn't do it and had to give us our money back. The next one, Avask Accounting & Business Consultants Ltd, has had our application since beginning of April and still we have no number.

I don't know if these companies Amazon are partnering with are not very good or it's the German authorities who are slow at releasing the numbers. But either way Amazon should not be removing listings when sellers have done everything they have been asked to by Amazon.
