I buy a new book from Amazon, but then am not allowed to sell it as a Used book.
I've been buying and selling for maybe 10-plus years. I buy a book, read it, then sell it as Used. In the last few months, I often start getting demands for SOME books that I supply an invoice showing I bought10 or more copies of the book, and i am denied the right to sell it. This has happened twice with Mulholland Books. I always thought it was clever of Amazon to make money twice on selling the same book. Now I have no idea what's going on - but i will need to stop buying any Mulholland books.

Hello @Seller_jHKVWQjWEBTtQ,
As part of ongoing efforts to provide a greater shopping experience, we are implementing selling qualifications for some products that might have a higher risk of authenticity issues, which include used books. You can check back at a later time to see if the requirements open in the future. A lot of textbooks are restricted at this time and there is no path forward.
Regards,
- Manny

Some Small & Niche Publishers, like text books, like to keep their books proprietary...Best to move on or find another way to sell those titles...
