Losing natural search rankings for keywords, is there a bug? anybody who can help

Since October 28st, our best selling ASIN lost all organic rank for all keywords in the Amazon search results. Our item has never been out of stock, no updates have been made, price has remained unchanged. The only traffic we are able to get is via Sponsored products.

At this time there isn't any technical problem internally and the system is working as expected. Amazon does not provide additional details regarding the workings of Amazon's internal algorithms.
