Need urgent help: account blocked due to closed linked account – no access, no solution after 5 months
Hello everyone,
I’ve been trying to resolve an account issue for over 5 months with no success. My current seller account (CrownCrafters) is deactivated due to a supposed connection with an older account (EnjoyPip) that I voluntarily closed and can no longer access.
I’ve submitted every possible appeal, documentation, verification, and even screenshots showing I can’t log in to that account. I’ve contacted Amazon through every channel available (cases, calls, forums, social media), but I only receive automatic replies saying the issue can’t be solved unless I access the old account—which is impossible.
EnjoyPip is deactivated and I never completed verification, so I can’t log in, reactivate, or close it properly. Because of this, CrownCrafters remains suspended.
I’m just a small seller who invested time, effort, and resources. I followed every step Amazon gave me and submitted everything they asked. I’m now looking for external help or any proven method that has worked for someone in a similar case.
