Most high street banks are fine. Maybe try removing one of them and simply re-entering the details of the one you want to use. They maybe confused by adding two ? - not saying that will work, but worth a try......and remember, you need to give it time to update the system - won't necessarily be instant. Does not have to be a CC though there was an issue I believe with Visa debit cards a while ago.
