Vendor Central Login Email Lost

Really need some help here. We setup a Vendor Central account over 10 years ago. The employee who set it up is no longer with the company and we have no records of what email address was used to create the account.

We no longer sell to Amazon but the account is still active and is preventing us from updating listings and creating variations. Seller Support says they can't do anything. I've contacted Vendor Support through a different brands account. Vendor Support said they are not allowed to look at a different brand then the one who contacted them through. There is a Vendor Support help login but I only get a reply of "your email is not associated with any account" and they refuse to help.

Anyone have any idea how to regain access to Vendor Central? Even just finding out which email account was used could solve our problem.

I have had a similar issue and have not found a way to get this back. I would be interested to see if anyone has been able to solve this.

Have you tried created a post on X (twitter) and tagging @amznsellerhelp? Might be able to get them to look at this post quicker.
