Payment cancelled
Hello Guys ....
last week i got this email, anyone can explain this?
1.my cards are active
2.payoneer account active
Dear Selling Partner, Your scheduled payment of 236.01 USD has been cancelled because your payment method on file is invalid. Funds will not be transferred to you until you provide a valid charge method. Why is this happening? For billing and security purposes, we require that you maintain a valid charge method on file. For more information, please refer to our payment and charge method policy

Make sure you have a charge card entered and not a debit or pre-paid card. Amazon will accept a debit card for your seller fee (assuming you have a professional account) but you must have a charge card entered in order to sell and be paid.

In addition to the advice given already, make sure that your credit card is not close to it's expiry date.

No, they are very different.
A debit card is linked to your checking account; when you use the card, money is taken from your account right then. If you don't have money in your checking account, an attempt to use the card will be rejected.
A credit card (what most people mean with the term "charge" card), it is not linked to your bank account; when you use it, a charge is placed against your charge account. Every month, you will get a bill for the charges you made over the last month (plus interest if you didn't pay it off, etc.).
Amazon wants a CREDIT card, where you have been extended credit by the issuer; not a debit card (or pre-paid).

The same thing happened to us on Monday 8/21/2023. They promised to transfer the money after 3 days, however nothing has happened so far, and we doubt if they are going to transfer the balance!

Hello @Seller_MvS7Nh8YoCGjl,
Thank you for reaching out. This is a very common issue with Amazon. Amazon requires a real credit card, so not a debit or pre-paid card. Your financial institution may only allow your credit card to be used in certain countries. As a result, you may see the same credit card being honored by Amazon in some of our stores, but not in others. When you register in Amazon as a seller, it is necessary to enter an internationally chargeable credit card with a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Reach out to your financial institution to determine the countries your card is eligible to be used in. You can use different credit cards in various Amazon stores. For the list of accepted credit cards, go to Bank account and credit card information for your seller account.
Note: We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid credit cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal.
We accept the following credit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Also note to make sure the buyer side is also updated. Please let me know if you have additional questions. Here to help.
Cheers,
Micah
