Request a review via the button
Hello, everyone; I need some advice, guys, please. I want to send a request to the review via the "request a review" button, but there is a message from amazon like this:
" We don’t require you to request reviews because our systems already do that at no cost to you. It is against Amazon Policy to make repeat requests (per order) for a product review or seller feedback. By using the ‘Request a Review’ feature, you agree not to send any additional review requests via buyer-seller messaging."
Should I send the request anyway? Or would this be a violation of the rules?

It's there to be used if you choose. All they're saying is they've already asked the buyer once. If you ask them again then it has to be the last time.
