How to complain about Amazons Customer Service?
Please can someone tell me how to contact the Complaints Department or a Manager as I have been trying to sort out an issue for 3 months now and keep getting the same generic email. I cannot get hold of anyone in Account Health Specialist as there is an internal error, my product is not being sold and is stranded and it is Black Friday week. Completely disgusted with the entire set up. Have over 18 case logs trying to get this resolved.

You can take it up to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

I wish you all the best. You have more chances that Santa Claus sort this out.

Stranded inventory is commonplace unfortunately. 3 months though?? If you delete the listing, wait 24 hours and relist it should sort it out.

I wish you the best of luck. Amazon have one simple rule. They are NEVER wrong and all their systems are perfect. If your complaint dares to bring this into dispute then you simply will be ignored. I have at least 12 outstanding genuine case ID's 3 of buyer fraud with evidence and a crime ref number and they still ignore me. The managing director email only ever reply if it is to remove bad feedback, otherwise they will just send the issue back to the very dept. you are having issues with - A-z, SAFE-T etc. It is a purposfully broken system which makes Amazon look good in the face of the customer and completely [Moderator Edit (Ange): inappropriate content removed] the sellers.

i would try different angles. Update listing info with different details; delete and reupload; ask support for an ASIN refresh; try different wording/ways of phrasing your issue and subsequent request. Amazon is about trial-and-error

Hi, I had many stressful experiences with the customer service, too.
What I've learned I can do is: either I open more cases, so that the issue gets in the hands of different operators and, hopefully, one of them might look at my real issue, or I keep replying to the same operator and try to explain the issue from different angles. Also, even though I am not happy with the service, I try to be very polite and explain that I really need their help, or else it will affect my business.
I hope it helps. Good luck!

Nothing much to add, just totally agree with you the back end services for Sellers from Amazon is a disgrace.
I don't think they will be happy until they've given there sellers mental health crashes
