Our product returns are being sold as used by Amazon Warehouse

Hello,

Amazon warehouse are selling our product as used on the listing. What I understand is those products have been returned by customers and Amazon sell it back as used.

In my account, all the Amazon value recovery options (Refurbishment grade, resell and liquidations) are not active.

Can someone help me understand why this is happenning and if there's any way we could avoid that? I don't have any problem with Amazon Warehouse selling some items to customers, but some of the items they are selling as used don't have all the parts or wrong parts returned by the old customer. So customer that buy from Amazon warehouse receive defective or missing parts. We prefer having all returns returned to us to make sure the product is in working condition and doesn't miss anything inside the box. This avoid customer frustration and another return.

In the main seller page, click on the setting icon.

Click on the Fulfillment by Amazon tag. (All the way in the bottom.)

Click the Edit button on the Automated Unfillable Setting box. Follow the prompt instructions.
