Negative feedback because order placed fraudulently - RIDICULOUS
We received this negative feedback:
"This item was purchased with a stolen debit card. My cell phone was stolen from my desk, June 14, at work. The person who stole my cell phone cleaned out my account and purchased this item fraudulently. I have filed a complaint and report to Amazon and our local Police Dept. I did not order this."
I opened a negative feedback removal case and it was denied by the bots. I reopened the case and literally 5 seconds later, it was denied again. No human has looked at this feedback, but I can't reopen the case now.
This is RIDICULOUS.
Per Amazon's policy, we are not responsible for this type of scenario, and it makes no sense whatsoever that we should be punished for this.
Can someone from Amazon please help??
