Account Representative - Expectations ?

Hello I am a new seller. I have some blocks and issues in my account that regular seller central or the forums - have not been able to help me with. I received a call from an account representative last week that was a small miracle at the time! Our call got disconnected in the middle of her walking me through something, she followed up with a short email.. I have emailed her twice now (giving days in-between) and haven't heard anything back. What should I expect with account reps? ! Is it possible she didnt get my email ? Was I ghosted? lol....

So that we are able to assist you the best, can you share which type of issues you are running into? Policy compliance violations or listing concerns? Is your account active at this time?

Have you been attempting to contact selling partner support or account health support? If you have any relevant case logs about this, can you share the case ID's here, so we can take a look?
