Why didn't I receive a phone call?

Usually this will occur if your phone line is busy or congested. If you are using dial-up, make sure your connection to the internet is closed and try  again.

It’s also possible there could be a typo in the phone number as it was entered during the registration process. Go back to the registration process to verify the phone number entered is correct.
