Handmade Pet Supplies guidelines

As a Maker, your handmade Pet Supply products must adhere to the following guidelines:

• All products must adhere to Amazon’s general policies and agreements.
• All products must adhere to the Category, product, and listing restrictions.
• All products must meet the Amazon Handmade: Category Listing Policies & Requirements.
• Handmade prohibits listings of pet food or treats.
• All products must adhere to Amazon’s Animals and Animal Products policies.
• All products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• All products must be new and authentic. We do not allow any used, counterfeit, replica, trademark-infringing or knock-off products in Handmade.
• You must follow the Handmade returns, refunds, and cancellations policy.
• Any pet toys containing lasers must comply with the Electronics policy.
• Any pet toys containing lasers must comply with the Laser Pointers and Related Products policy.
• If you are listing Pets cosmetics or grooming products, you must adhere to the following:
  • Handmade prohibits listing healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or any product that claims to prevent or cure disease in humans and/or animals.
  • Products must be appropriately described and labeled.
  • All information that is currently mandatory to print on product packaging must also be provided to customers on the product detail page. This can be uploaded as a secondary product image.
  • Price per unit (basic price) information needs to be provided if required by law.
  • Products that fall under the Dangerous Goods legislation (for example, certain perfumes) must be packaged and labeled appropriately, and must be handled and shipped with care.
