You can process Prime orders using Seller Central, via your own merchant fulfilment API, or via your third-party solution provider (integrator). We will cover processing orders within Seller Central below.
When customers buy a Seller Fulfilled Prime item, they have three delivery options at check out:
Prime orders are easily identifiable from the Prime logo that appears beside the order number on the Orders page. In addition, the shipping speed is highlighted in the Shipping section on this page. This information includes whether you’ve chosen next-day or standard shipping to ensure that the customer receives their item on time.
To receive an overview of your Prime orders, go to the Orders page and select Prime under Shipping Service. You can also go to Order reports, click Add or remove order report columns, and make sure that the Prime option is enabled. Download an order report and filter the IsPrime column for the value TRUE.
You can identify which orders are Prime in the following ways:

When you receive a Prime order, there are four actions that you can take in Manage Orders section:
When fulfilling a Prime order, you are required to click Buy Shipping to generate a Prime shipping label for at least 98% of prime orders. In order to generate the correct label, you are required to fill in the weight and dimensions of the package. You must ensure that they are within the supported size and weight range for your chosen Prime carrier. If you have completed this correctly, the Prime carrier shipping options will be displayed in the list of suitable shipping options.
Ensure that the weight and dimensional information entered during the process of purchasing a shipping label through the Buy Delivery Service is accurate. Any difference in charges due to discrepancy in the information you entered and the dimensions scanned by the carrier is liable to be charged to you.
Once you purchase the label, you will be given the option to print the label. Affix the label on the package and prepare your shipments for collection with your Prime carrier. Regardless of the shipping option chosen by the customer or the label type, you must always comply with the order cut-off time for same-day delivery.
Prime orders must be shipped on the same day the order is received, as long as the customer places the order before your cut-off time. By default, all orders received in your system by 4 p.m. local time must be shipped the same day. Orders that are received after the cut-off time must be shipped the next shipping day. You can move your cut-off time to later than 4 p.m. If you have a later carrier collection, a later cut-off time will mean customers can have a next-day promise later. Make ensure that if you move your cut-off time to later than 4 p.m., you leave enough time to pick and pack orders ready for collection same day.
Sellers enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime are expected to ship packages in mainland Spain from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before cut-off time are shipped on the same day and orders placed after the cut-off time are shipped the following day. All Seller Fulfilled Prime orders will have a one-working-day promise. This promise doesn’t include orders that go to the Balearic Islands and other remote areas, which will have a two-working-day promise.

In the case of a national holiday, Prime orders that are placed after the previous weekday’s cut-off time must be shipped the next weekday after the holiday. To view which days are considered national holidays, go to your shipping settings. This information appears in the Holidays section under General Shipping Settings.
Example: For a national holiday like May 1, orders placed on April 30 after your cutoff time will be shipped on May 2. Prime will remain visible in your selected listings and orders placed during the national holiday (May 1) will have a ship-by-date of May 2.
If the holiday doesn’t appear in your shipping settings, it is considered as a regional holiday. For regional holidays, you must disable Prime before the previous weekday’s cut-off time. You can enable it again after the cut-off time on the regional holiday. If Prime is not disabled, your orders will have the regional holiday as the ship-by-date and your on-time shipment rate may be affected. Sellers enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime are expected to check with their carriers for any regional holidays that may affect their pickups.
Example: For a regional holiday like May 16, you must disable Prime before the cut-off time on May 15. You can enable Prime on May 16 after the cut-off time. To avoid any Prime orders with a ship-by-date of May 16, these offers won’t be visible when Prime is disabled.
