- Certain collectibles and tobacco-related products which do not contain tobacco nor nicotine, such us:
- Ashtrays
- Cigar cutters
- Humidors
- Electronic cigarettes if clearly state that it is nicotine and tobacco free
- Simple rolling machines that are handheld, mechanical with no electrical power and which can't produce cigarettes commercially
- Herbal cigarettes and Herbal smoking mix which do not contain nicotine nor tobacco
- Herbal molasses and shishas which do not contain tobacco nor nicotine
- Rolling paper
Examples of Prohibited Listings
- Tobacco, or any product that contains tobacco or nicotine, such as:
- Blunt wraps
- Cigarettes
- Cigars
- Dipping tobacco
- Chewing tobacco
- Smokeless tobacco
- Electronic cigarettes and their cartridges, deposits or liquids if they contain nicotine or tobacco or do not clearly state to be nicotine and tobacco free
- Novelty lighters
