The “Manage Orders” view in the Orders tab of your Amazon Selling Account displays the list of orders that have been placed by date range (default view), sales channel or fulfilment channel.
You can request the cancellation of Amazon-fulfilled orders placed through Amazon channels whilst the orders are still in “pending” status by contacting us with the order ID and the reason for the cancelation.
Please note that cancelation requests are not always granted.
You can cancel Multi-Channel fulfilled orders whilst they are still in “planning” status by locating the orders under the “Manage Orders” view in the Order tab of your Amazon Selling Account and clicking “Cancel this order” under Order Details.

Your name does not appear on item labels or on the shipping label that the buyer receives, but it does appear on the packing slip included in the box as the seller of record.
