Available reporting

Returns report

Sellers can view the status of all returns requested in a chosen period. This includes both Prime and non-Prime returns. To access the report, in Seller Central go to Reports> Return Reports. This report can either be generated once, or it can be scheduled to auto-generate at a defined frequency.

To generate a one-time report, choose Generate one-time report and select a time period. To schedule an auto-generated report, choose Schedule report generation.

To filter for Prime orders, choose the option Prime returns when you choose to generate a one-time report or when you schedule regular reports.

SKUs enrolled onto SFP

Sellers can view all SKUs you have enrolled onto SFP by running an Active Listing Report. To access the report, in Seller Central go to

  1. Inventory
  2. Inventory Reports
  3. Click on ‘Customise the columns for this report
  4. Select Report Type ‘Active Listings Report
  5. Select ‘merchant-shipping-group’ from Available Attributes and Click on ‘Add >
  6. Save
  7. Go back to ‘Inventory Reports
  8. Select Report Type ‘Active Listings Report
  9. Request Report

After you download the report, you can filter for SFP SKUs by copying and pasting the output into Microsoft Excel, and filtering column ‘merchant-shipping-group’ for your Prime shipping template(s).
