Seller Eligibility for Seller Fulfilled Prime

The Seller Fulfilled Prime program is currently offered to high-performing sellers with exceptional fulfilment capabilities. The enrollment contains three stages: Registration, Trial, and Graduation to Prime.

Invitation to Seller Fulfillment Prime

You need to demonstrate and maintain an excellent performance as an Amazon seller and be able to meet the following criteria:

• Your warehouse (default shipping address) must be located in mainland Spain.
• You must have an account with a professional selling plan, and the account must be active and in good standing.
• You must offer Prime shipping options.
• Send more than 99% of orders on time.
• Use Buy Shipping for at least 98% of Prime orders
• Have an order cancellation rate of less than 0.5%.
• Send your orders with authorized carriers for Seller Fulfilled Prime.
  • Your pick-up address must be within the carrier's coverage radius.
  • The approved carrier will pick up your orders after 4PM.
• Complete the trial period.

Seller Fulfilled Prime Trial

Once you register in Seller Fulfilled Prime, you will start a trial period and you must demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements of the program. During this trial period, you will have to fulfill orders on Seller Fulfilled Prime ASINs according to program requirements.

You will have to process at least 25 prime orders, with a less than 0.5% order-cancellation rate, use Buy Shipping Services for at least 98% of Prime orders, and have a 99% on time shipment rate. This requirement is subject to change at Amazon’s discretion.

However, during the trial, the Prime badge will not be displayed on your products on the Amazon website.

Graduation to Prime

If you successfully demonstrate your ability to meet the program requirements, you will graduate to become a Seller Fulfilled Prime seller. In three days, after graduating to Prime, you will be able to see the Prime badge on all SKUs enrolled on the program.
