Hi fellow sellers,
I’m writing here out of frustration after exhausting every official support channel.
More than 4 months ago, I opened a case with Amazon regarding 25 Units that were confirmed delivered to the fulfillment center but **never received into inventory**.
✔️ Carrier delivery confirmed
✔️ Invoice and shipping documents submitted multiple times
✔️ No errors on my end – loss occurred within Amazon’s warehouse
Despite providing all evidence and following up repeatedly, I keep receiving **copy-paste replies** with no real investigation or resolution.
This situation has:
- Damaged my seller metrics
- Created serious stock issues and lost revenue
- Wasted dozens of hours with Seller Support
Amazon claims to be a partner to sellers, but this is unacceptable.
📣 If you’ve had similar issues – how did you get Amazon to take action?
